Deutsche Bank Championship Preview

The PGA Tour's FedEx Cup Playoff continues in Boston this week for the Deutsche Bank Championship.  The TPC Boston hosts the second leg of the playoffs which sees the field shrunk down to 100 players.

The Deutsche Bank is the only PGA Tour event which begins on a Friday and concludes on Labor Day Monday.  The focus this week will once again be on the Top-3 players in the FedEx Cup points standing: Jason Day, Jordan Spieth, and Bubba Watson.

Day is coming off of his fourth win of the season last week at The Barclays.  In the "Season of Spieth," Day is the best player RIGHT NOW.  Will his momentum continue in Boston? Will Spieth rebound from his missed cut in New York?  How will Rory McIlroy fair in his return to the playoffs?

Only one player (Vijay Singh, 2007) has won The Barclays and gone on to win the FedEx Cup.
