The disappointment  of a tough final round at Augusta National does not seem to have a lingering effect on Jordan Spieth.  The 20 year-old finds himself in the last group on Saturday at The PLAYERS playing alongside Martin Kaymer.

Remarkably, through 36 holes of Pete Dye's Tournament Stadium Course, Spieth has yet to record a bogey.  His play has been stellar, and his demeanor has been even cooler.  As Tiger Woods remains sidelined with an injury, the question of who is going to carry the flag at THE American golfer has been asked, and Jordan Spieth is answering that question.

Certainly a win this week at The PLAYERS would cement Spieth's place as the top young American golfer, but it would also help build the case that Spieth will be the heir-apparent to Tiger's legacy as the top American golfer.
